Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original Lorenzo packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
